Introduction

During the past years, many municipalities have experienced different types of problems and difficulties. They have generally lacked access to the required administrative, financial and technical capacity to function efficiently and effectively. This is a problem affecting particularly the rural areas.

Turning to our provincial government in order to transform and add transformation to all our people we need to ingest skills that would add value and create a direct impact to our war against poverty, violence, ill health, HIV crises, etc. Thus a thorough assessment needs to be conducted on a one to one basis with our people. This in turn will regenerate our nation to a level above their present condition. Automatically indicating the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of each individual. Above all research of such a level will help to grow individuals through the years in aid of career advancement.

Thus the birth of Global Project Specialist was taken into account together with extensive research into International and South African experience. Global Project examines on an ongoing basis and aims directly in formulating issues in more detail around the possibilities and options available especially towards the disadvantaged, rural and disabled people of our country.

Global Project Specialist is guided in its task by:

  • International and National provisions already allocated towards the upliftment of skills development in our country.
  • Continual research and development undergoing towards what is immediately required for the upliftment of communities.
  • Integrating of International experience within our local framework, particularly in the development of candidates in accordance to our nations needs.
  • Design policies and programs that will help develop and accomplish the final Vision of the organization.

Much of Global Project Specialist's success is attributed to a higher level of grassroots community involvement. Some projects consists of Computer, H.I.V, Project Management, and HR Training and future setup of Call Centres incorporating help desk facilities along with Leadership and Motivational courses. In addition, Global Project Specialist focuses on the stimulation of economic development and community empowerment through interventions such as training schemes and small, micro and medium enterprise development.The development of all projects incorporates the need to redress present injustices and promote black empowerment that greatly suffered under the Apartheid government’s policy.

Global Project Specialist is an organization responsible for redevelopment and wishes to secure substantial funding from the European Union, local, provincial and central government as well as other funding agencies both local and international.
